A Procurement Intern is needed to maintain purchase order trackers, monitor orders, obtain delivery confirmations, support procurement meetings, and assist with administrative tasks. The role requires a degree in related fields and knowledge in inventory and procurement management.

Maintain updated tracker of issued purchase orders Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on expected delivery dates Obtain delivery confirmation from suppliers and receiving locations Track outstanding deliveries and highlight potential stock-out risks Support reconciliation of purchase orders against delivery documentation Participate in procurement meetings and document action points Assist procurement officers with assigned administrative tasks Support implementation of departmental procurement policies and procedures.

A Degree in Procurement & Supply Management, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics & Transport, Operations Management or other related discipline Knowledge of Inventory Management, Cost Management and Procurement Management is an added advantage Strong attention to detail and confidentiality of supplier info & pricing Proficiency in Excel / ERP systems is an advantage.
