 Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Location: Alaba, Coker - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Description

Resolve electrical breakdown/faults in the plant. Prepare daily report on corrective and preventive action for breakdown of more than 4 hours. Oversee the operation and maintenance of chillers,Air compressors, water pumps, DG,HT Line and LT panel. Ensure adherence to quality standards (Zenith,Coke,FSMS0 and maintain related documents. Ensure that preventive maintenance is followed and carried out as directed by the maintenance in charge. Implement systems such as daily checklist and ensure that the procedures are followed regularly. Maintain hand over log book and highlight /report incidents to team mambers. Identify the areas and need of modernization and modifications of equipment and processess and report to Maintenance in charge. Implement safety rules and guidelines as per the regulatory requirements and support team members for  job flexibility (intra & inter team). Based on daily parameter readings analyze and predict the failure of the parts and arrange for remedial action like replacement. Proactively identify areas of obstruction and breakdowns.
