We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lounge Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the lounge, ensuring all checklists are completed. Manage Inventory, including ordering of food, beverages, and sundries, while maintaining strict stock control. Manage staff rostering, attendance, and performance, ensuring adherence to grooming and service standards. Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members. Ensure the lounge maintains a clean, well-presented, and welcoming atmosphere at all times. Actively interact with guests to gauge satisfaction and anticipate their needs. Conduct daily audits, manage shift reconciliations, and oversee cash handling procedures. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including temperature checks and food safety protocols.

Must be willing to attend a physical interview at Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt. Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience in a lounge, bar, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage. Strong ability to lead, delegate, and manage team dynamics effectively. Excellent focus on providing top-tier service and resolving guest issues with professionalism. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail. Understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
