Qualification and Experience
HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. OND holders with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
Must have 3—5 years in hotel operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:Ability to coordinate daily hotel operations and supervise staff.
Strong guest-relations, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of operational reports, service standards, and staff discipline.
Ability to coordinate departments and escalate operational issues appropriately.
