Kitchen Operations Management Food Safety & Hygiene Staff Supervision & Development Inventory & Stock Management Menu Planning & Nutrition Compliance Cost Control & Waste Management Health, Safety & Compliance Reporting & Documentation

Minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Catering, Hospitality Management, or related field At least 3–5 years of experience in kitchen or catering management Experience in institutional catering (hospital, school, or large facility) is an advantage Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles is required Strong leadership and organizational skills.
