Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and guest-focused Mixologistto join our Bar team. The ideal candidate will craft signature cocktails, maintain bar standards, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced lounge environment.

Cocktail Creation: Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair Guest Service: Engage guests, recommend drinks, and deliver 5-star hospitality Bar Operations: Maintain stock, manage inventory, minimize wastage and spillage Menu Support: Assist in developing new drinks and seasonal menus Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure bar area, tools, and glassware meet hygiene and safety standards Teamwork: Work closely with F&B, Kitchen, and Service team to ensure smooth operations Upselling: Promote drinks specials and drive bar revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel Proven knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and drink presentation Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an advantage Creativity, passion for new drink trends, and flair bartending skills are a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be resident in Abuja and presentable.
