Inventory Control Supervisor for Replacement Parts

Key Duties

Guarantee adherence to SOPs and establish appropriate processes for effective governance
Analyze spare parts consumption patterns and initiate purchase requisitions in a timely manner
Ensure prompt preparation of GRNs and timely booking of consumption
Implement 5S methodology in the warehouse, minimizing retrieval time
Monitor PR status from placement to goods receipt
Verify received goods against packing lists and raised PRs
Conduct regular cyclical physical inventory checks
Maintain proper stock management
Ensure timely ERP entries
Liaise with Mumbai office/Purchase team/C&F team to secure necessary documents for GRN
Promptly escalate any pending receipts or issues for booking
Ensure accurate cost center allocation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in spare/store management
Diploma or degree in an engineering field
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Warehouse management experience is advantageous.
