Delivery locations will be at Augie (9 wards) Bagudo (8 wards) Gwandu (10 wards), Shanga (7wards), Danko Wasagu (7 wards) and Jega (10 wards) LGAs of Kebbi State.
Evidence of relevant experience and capability must be included.
