We Have in our group a team of varied experienced managers, Engineers, and other skilled workers drawn from the various disciplines that can handle projects of diverse complexity and magnitude to single line responsibility in engineering and construction projects requiring tens of thousands man hours. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HSE Advisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities

Safety Compliance: Monitor field and plant operations to ensure adherence to company rules and international or local laws. Risk Assessments: Facilitate hazard identifications, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and risk evaluations before starting dangerous tasks. Permit-to-Work (PTW): Review and audit work permits for high-risk activities like hot work, confined space entry, and lifting operations. Inspections and Audits: Conduct routine safety walkdowns and facility checks to spot hazards or unsafe behaviors and fix them immediately. Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses for accidents, injuries, or near-misses and track corrective actions to closure. Training and Drills: Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills such as fire and spill responses.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health and Safety. Certifications: Mandatory NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent, plus professional memberships like IOSH. Experience: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on safety experience in oil and gas, marine, terminal, or drilling environments. Skills: Strong communication, hazard identification, and crisis management skills with deep knowledge of PTW systems.
