 Job Title: General Manager – Operations & Commercial

Location: Enugu

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite) Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage. Professional certification/membership with CMI, NIM, or equivalent. 15–20 years’ relevant experience, including 6–10 years in senior management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a reputable multinational. Proven expertise in manufacturing, sales, distribution, marketing, business development, and personnel management. Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple functions effectively. Preferred age range: 45–65 years, reflecting the level of maturity and experience required for high-level strategic and operational decision-making.

Salary Range
