Reporting To: Project Manager / Site In-Charge Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in finishing works within the construction industry to join our Projects / Site Operations team in Victoria Island.

Supervise finishing works including tiling, painting, false ceiling, plastering, and screeding. Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site instructions. Supervise subcontractors and monitor site progress. Conduct quality checks and ensure proper workmanship and material standards. Coordinate with the project team to resolve site issues and meet project timelines. Ensure compliance with site safety practices and project requirements.

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry — mandatory. Must have hands-on experience in construction finishing works. Good knowledge of tiling, painting, false ceiling, and general finishing works. Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs. Strong site supervision, coordination, and quality-control skills.
