 Job Title: Field Training Coordinator

As we begin a full scale expansion to scale up the Nigeria Business and take significant share of the opportunity within the market, there is need to optimize the commercial organization to position for this growth. This means a commercial team will grow by almost 30% – including more than 1,000 MySol Champions and 80 TLs. The rapid growth of the field team across the country has presented the need for more diligent and efficient ways of Recruiting, Training and ensuring that we hire field team members that are tested and uphold IEA values in the execution of their day-to-day activities/sales. You will in this task help the sales team to train good quality and reliable Team Leads (TLs), MySol Champions (MPCs); equip them with product knowledge about MySol Products, Processes and build a team that is fraud-free, should be passionate about selling MySol to quality customers in both urban and hard to reach remote areas - and dedicated to encouraging customers to keep up with payments. You will also constantly be in touch with the field-based sales teams to monitor & evaluate the performance and behavior of the MCs and TLs that graduate, conduct on-ground field training and share feedback and insights gathered with Management. You will support the regional Sales leadership with team capability building, and any such resources that will aid in delivering the region’s sales and credit ambition. You will be the primary liaison between the Field sales team and the back office and other functions.

Develop cross function training content for field teams based on the needs-based analysis. Plan, schedule and coordinate delivery of daily, weekly and monthly training activities to field staff to ensure proper understanding of tools and business processes. Coordinating with the field teams to observe and audit the implementation of customer processes, project, learnings content and share feedback to the stakeholders. Support with projects related to field activities concerning field staff and customers. Maintain up to date content material to be used by the field teams. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of new business initiatives. Mentor and manage the execution and planning of field trainers to ensure the successful transfer of knowledge to the field-based staff. Conduct spot checks on agent understanding of business processes, Ethics and Values in line with business expectations. Manage documentation, reporting of the trainings carried out for the field teams. Manage field teams training delivery and evaluation processes. Propose new training deliveries designed to improve learning and efficiency. Ensure efficiency of Field Teams – MPCs and TLs Support the Regional Business Manager in driving and delivering the regions ambition.

HND / Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution with 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

2+ years of experience in a training or people management related role.

An eye for detail, with excellent presentation skills Excellent leadership skills to lead a team of professionals, planning and organization skills, ability to multitask & drive team collaboration. Clear thinking/problem solving ability- can drive projects/process improvement to drive positive change. Good communication skills, both verbal and written expression, articulate. Fluency in both written and spoken English language. Excellent proficiency in use of computer applications, Microsoft Office products and learning management systems. Strong inter-departmental collaboration skills. Interpersonal skills and patience to interface with a different classis of people. Organization skills; being able to balance many interdisciplinary elements of the business.
