Job Description
The Field Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment and systems across multiple locations.
The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and technical systems at assigned locations
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in a timely manner
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of all technical activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Support system upgrades, testing, and commissioning
Collaborate with internal teams and report technical issues to supervisors
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients or end-users where necessary
QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven experience as a technician or in a similar technical role
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
Willingness to travel frequently between assigned locations
