 Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Ogbomoso, Oyo Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and result-driven Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all farm activities to ensure high productivity, efficient resource utilization, and sustainable farming practices.

Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day farm operations including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and storage Manage farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with work standards. Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, and pest control measures to optimize yield. Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. Work closely with the Head of Farm Security to safeguard farm assets and produce. Develop and implement farm budgets, production schedules, and operational strategies. Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production data, and financial reports Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, or related field. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in farm management (crop or mixed farming preferred). Must be based in or willing to work in Ogbomoso

Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of modern farming techniques, pest control, and farm equipment management. Good communication, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions. High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to achieving farm goals.
