Job Description
Purpose of the role: The Compliance & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring that every partner, bank, payment processor, collection partner, payout partner, remittance partner, merchant, and agent is onboarded in accordance with Banffpay's regulatory requirements, internal compliance policies, operational standards, and partner due diligence framework.
This role serves as the single point of coordination ("Go-To Person") for all onboarding activities across the org. globally and ensures every partner is fully compliant before going live.
The role is compliance-focused and requires exceptional attention to detail, document management, regulatory understanding, project coordination, and communication.
Key Objectives
The Compliance & Onboarding Specialist shall:Ensure every partner is fully KYC/KYB compliant before onboarding.
Ensure no incomplete onboarding proceeds to production.
Maintain complete documentation for every partner.
Coordinate onboarding across Compliance, Technology, Operations, Treasury, and Business teams.
Ensure regulatory documentation remains valid throughout the partnership.
Maintain accurate onboarding records.
Ensure all onboarding activities meet COMPANY's internal policy.
