Job Title: Charge Nurse / Ward Manager

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse / Ward Manager to strengthen our Nursing & Midwifery team. The successful candidate will deliver excellent care, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital. You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Nursing & Midwifery service. Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences. Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes. Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards. Support quality improvement and audit initiatives. Collaborate with allied specialties to ensure seamless patient pathways.

Qualifications and Experience

RN / RM with NMCN registration and ward-management experience. 8+ years of experience. Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required. Evidence of continuing professional development. Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
