The Care Team Lead will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the hospital's Care Team, ensuring high standards of patient care, clinical governance, teamwork, and service delivery.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the Care Team. Oversee the quality and safety of patient care. Coordinate doctors, nurses, and other clinical personnel. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hospital policies, and professional standards. Monitor patient management and clinical documentation. Support clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives. Supervise and mentor clinical team members. Liaise with management on clinical operations and service delivery. Handle clinical escalations and ensure timely resolution of patient-care issues. Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient experience.

MBBS from a recognised institution. Valid and current medical licence. Minimum of 3 years of post-clinical experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a growing healthcare environment. Applicants residing within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu, and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
