We are seeking an experienced Bids & Tendering Officer to manage the end-to-end bid and tender process, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, competitive, and delivered on time.

Identify and assess relevant tender and bid opportunities. Coordinate and manage RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and proposal submissions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams. Conduct compliance checks and manage submission timelines. Develop bid strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning. Liaise with clients, vendors, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders. Track tender outcomes, win rates, and performance. Manage post-submission clarifications, negotiations, and successful bid handovers. Support/supervise team members where required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in bids, tenders, proposals, commercial management, or  business development. Proven experience managing end-to-end tender processes. Strong understanding of procurement, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation. Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, or Energy is an advantage.
