Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and analytical Admin Manager to oversee the administrative functions in Port Harcourt
• The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative operations, including procurement, facilities management, and records keeping
• Provide analytical support to management on administrative matters
• Coordinate departmental activities, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Oversee office management, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage administrative staff, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
