Job Title: Baker
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Weigh & Mix: Measure dry and wet ingredients accurately using scales and containers. Operate industrial mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
Prepare & Shape: Knead, roll, cut, proof, and shape bread doughs, pastry sheets, and cake batters.
Bake & Monitor: Set and monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and item positioning to ensure even baking.
Decorate & Finish: Frost, glaze, and decorate cakes, pastries, and specialty items using pastry bags, icing, and garnishes.
Inventory & Ordering: Track ingredient stock, order supplies, and rotate products to minimize waste and spoilage.
Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, sterile workspace in line with local health and food safety regulations.
SalaryN100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
