Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

The Video Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing engaging high-quality videos and social media content that strengthens the Wanies brands, promotes its products and services, and creating content that drives awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across digital platforms. The role requires a creative individual with strong storytelling skills who can identify relevant trends, develop creative content ideas, shoot and edit videos, and delivers high-quality compelling video contents that align with our brands’ identities and marketing objectives.

Develop and execute creative content ideas aligned with the company’s brand, products, campaigns, and marketing objectives. Create short-form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels. Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos and other visual content for social media and promotional campaigns. Create product demonstrations, promotional videos, event coverage, and trend-based content. Research and identify current social media trends, formats, sounds, and creative opportunities relevant to the brand. Develop content concepts and scripts that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand messages. Plan and execute content campaigns and promotional activities. Support content creation during product launches, events, activations, and other company activities. Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and communication standards. Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach. Maintain an organized library of content assets, videos, images, and other creative materials

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage. Proven experience creating video content for social media, brands, or digital platforms Strong video shooting and basic-to-intermediate video editing skills. Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools. Good understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends that drive engagement. Creative mindset with excellent storytelling, presentation and communication skills. Self-motivated, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into engaging stories Ability to add funny clips and moments in videos to make them exciting and keep viewers watching Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A portfolio or samples of previous content creation work is required.

Competitive salary (N100,000 - N200,000 monthly). Attractive performance-based incentives
