We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist who can transform ideas, products, and everyday moments into compelling digital experiences that connect with our audience and strengthen our brand presence. This role is for a creative professional who understands that digital media is more than posting content—it is about telling the right story, reaching the right audience, and turning attention into meaningful engagement.

Develop and execute creative content and social media strategies across relevant digital platforms. Create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and other digital content that communicate the brand effectively. Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and bring creative ideas to life. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Track content and campaign performance using relevant analytics and provide actionable insights. Use performance data to improve content quality, reach, engagement, and overall digital performance. Maintain consistency in the company’s visual identity, tone, and online presence.

2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Media, Content Creation, or Social Media Management. Strong content creation and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut. Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and audience engagement. Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. FMCG experience is an added advantage.

Salary Range
