Job Description
This job focuses on increasing tissue sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving the company’s sales objectives.
ResponsibilitiesPromote and market the company’s tissue products to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other customers.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Visit customers regularly to take orders and ensure timely product delivery.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors’ activities, and pricing trends.
Negotiate prices and sales agreements within company guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events.
Monitor stock levels at customer locations and recommend restocking when necessary.
Work closely with the sales and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
RequirementsMinimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
Previous marketing or FMCG sales experience is an added advantage.
RemunerationSalary: N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
This position offers a commission-based incentive scheme aside the basic salary.
Commission is calculated according to the volume and value of sales achieved, providing excellent earning opportunities for high-performing marketers
