Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Fire Protection
Location: Lagos
The Role
Source, qualify and manage leads through the full sales pipeline, from first contact to closed sale.
Engage clients, consultants and contractors to understand their requirements and promote company products and services.
Carry out site surveys and provide the technical input needed for accurate offers.
Work closely with the Engineering & Estimation team to ensure quotations and submissions are accurate, competitive and on time.
Prepare offers, follow up, negotiate and close deals; support counter (internal) sales and AMC opportunities.
Keep CRM records, lead registers and project documentation accurate and up to date, in line with company document control.
Job Requirements
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years' experience in fire-fighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, fire gas suppression or water mist), design, estimation and/or sales.
Working knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection system components.
Proven sales technique: prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing.
Excellent communication skills and confidence with clients and consultants.
Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.
