Grade Level: Senior Executive About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a reliable and secure network infrastructure, supporting enterprise customers, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring network services meet agreed SLAs.

Design, configure, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, IP/MPLS and network infrastructure. Provide advanced hands-on support for BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, VPN, DMVPN, SDN, QoS, VRRP/HSRP, VoIP and related technologies. Troubleshoot network failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues. Configure and manage VLANs, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, trunking, port security, IPSec and GRE tunnelling. Support IP/MPLS service implementation, testing, deployment, and handover. Perform proactive and corrective network maintenance. Design routing topologies for Core, Access, Metro and Edge networks. Develop automation tools to improve network operations. Support cloud, security, SD-WAN, IoT, Big Data and other digital transformation initiatives. Provide technical support to other teams when required. Participate in on-call support and travel when necessary.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 7–10 years of relevant experience managing and troubleshooting IP networks. Strong knowledge of network technologies, protocols, operating systems, and structured cabling. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate and Bluecoat technologies. CCNA, CCNP or other relevant professional certifications. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
