Ngcom Network Solutions is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that delivers fast, reliable, and affordable broadband internet services to homes and businesses. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Sales and Busniess Development Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential customers. Promote the company’s internet plans and services. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable internet packages. Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. Work with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer installation and onboarding. Monitor market and competitor activities. Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about services and pricing.

HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in an ISP or telecommunications company. Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Target-driven and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Willingness to carry out field sales activities.
