Oversee daily property operations Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and repairs Supervise staff and service providers Handle residents’ concerns and complaints Conduct regular property inspections Maintain accurate property records

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification Experience in property, facility, estate, hospitality, or accommodation management Strong organisational and communication skills Good leadership and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage staff, residents, and service providers Experience managing residential/student accommodation is an advantage.
