Project Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Management: Engage with technical consultants, manage project scope, and ensure timely delivery of scope deliverables.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage project development budgets, financial modeling, and analysis.
Business Development: Interface with financiers, investors, and prospects, drive sales and marketing strategy.
Government Relations: Interface with federal and state government agencies, regulators.
Project Oversight: Oversee technical implementation, such as infrastructure development.

Qualifications

Education: BSc Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Architecture.
Additional Qualifications: MBA and Project Management qualifications are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years work experience.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Financial Modeling: Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis, preferably in big-ticket real estate development projects.
Project Management: Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, new product development, and project management.
Sales and Marketing: Ability to develop a new brand from scratch, good sales and marketing skills.
Communication: C-level communication experience, ability to present to decision-makers.
Revenue Generation: Experience with revenue-generating targets.
This role requires a strong blend of technical, financial, and business development skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.
