Role Overview
KadMap Systems Limited is seeking a contract IT Asset Management Software Trainer who understands how to use IT asset management applications and can teach clients to track and manage their IT assets using the assigned software.
Scope of Engagement
The position focuses on teaching clients how to use the assigned software. Coding, software development, technical integration and hardware repairs are not required.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrain clients on how to use the assigned IT asset management software.
Demonstrate asset registration, tracking, assignment, check-in/check-out and reporting, where supported.
Explain how users maintain asset records and manage routine asset-related activities.
Guide participants through practical asset management scenarios.
Prepare user guides, step-by-step instructions and training exercises.
Explain relevant features and reports in clear, accessible language.
Answer questions about everyday application use.
Assess participants' understanding and identify areas requiring further training.
RequirementsDemonstrable experience using Snipe-IT.
Good understanding of IT inventory, asset tracking and asset administration.
Ability to demonstrate application features and explain workflows clearly.
Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.
Ability to prepare practical training materials.
Experience in IT asset management, inventory control or IT operations is desirable.
Software Knowledge Required:Snipe-IT.
