 Job Title: Investment Advisor / Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities

Achieve Brokerage income of 2.5 billion naira Achieve AUM Target of 2billion naira Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers. Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients. Promote and cross-sell the organization's products and services to meet client needs. Conduct regular client visits and engagement activities to strengthen relationships. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
