Job Title: Accountant (Female)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flow) Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare budgets and track expenses Perform bank reconciliations Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions Handle inventory and fixed asset accounting Manage payroll accounting and statutory payments Initiate payment requests and confirm bookings

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Must be a Chartered Accountant. At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP, etc.), financial reporting, and reconciliations. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and asteam member. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with excellent time management and organizational skills. Integrity,strong sense of accountability and responsibility, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
