We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Lead to oversee our people strategy, talent management, employee experience, and HR operations in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning. Build and maintain talent pipelines for permanent, contract, freelance, creative, and project-based roles. Develop and manage performance management, KPI, employee engagement, and career development programmes. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, retention, and offboarding. Develop and maintain HR policies, employee records, contracts, payroll inputs, and compliance processes. Lead learning and development initiatives and support career progression across the organisation. Work closely with project and management teams to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely workforce availability. Build relationships with professional networks, universities, recruitment platforms, and freelance talent pools. Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to management on workforce trends, performance, and people-related priorities.
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role. Experience in a brand experience agency, creative agency, events company, media organisation, or similarly fast-paced, project-driven environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and workforce planning. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage a blended workforce of full-time employees, freelancers, contractors, and project-based talent. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strategic, hands-on, proactive, and people-focused approach to HR management.
