Asenka Global's hospitality arm runs two businesses as one operation: Macdestly, a 10-apartment aparthotel in Gwarinpa, and Asenka Apartments, including the premium Amaralux estate house. Together they offer 19 lettable products across five addresses in two cities. We are building a lean, numbers-driven leadership team, and this is its first senior appointment.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Detail
You will lead the hospitality arm and, while the team is small, personally run its revenue, marketing and corporate sales.
You will be accountable to the CEO for how our products perform, how much income Asenka Global earns from them, and how clearly results are reported.
You will be supported by two Property Managers, a Finance & HR Lead and a Digital Marketing Manager, who run site operations, payroll, reporting and online work
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years experience.
