We’re looking for a creative Graphics Designer to help bring brand stories to life through visuals. At EBA, design isn’t just about looking good; it’s about building recognition and communicating value for personal brands and campaigns. This role is a chance to practice design in a fast-paced, branding-focused environment.

Design digital assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. Creation of brand kits, pitch decks, and media kits for clients. Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure design aligns with copy and messaging. Maintain brand consistency across all visuals, following established guidelines. Quick-turnaround requests such as event flyers, reels thumbnails, and story templates.

Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma. Strong eye for typography, layout, and color use. Interest in branding, digital marketing, and storytelling through visuals. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Open to feedback and eager to learn in a collaborative team.
