Job Title: Estate Security Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Requirements

Minimum of an OND from a recognised institution. Must have formal security training from a recognised security training institution/company. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in estate, residential, corporate or similar security operations, with supervisory experience. Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence Must be able to operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems Good knowledge of access control, including screening of residents, visitors, vehicles and deliveries. Ability to conduct regular patrols and maintain effective surveillance of the estate. Ability to identify, prevent and promptly report suspicious activities and security incidents. Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid and emergency response procedures Ability to maintain accurate security logs, visitor records and incident reports. Must be physically fit, alert, disciplined and able to work day and night shifts Excellent communication and report-writing skills. High level of integrity, honesty, professionalism and sound judgement.
