Location: Asaba, Delta 

Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician with hands-on expertise in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-capacity/high-KVA generators.

Carry out electrical servicing, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of high-capacity generators. Diagnose and rectify faults in generator control systems, alternators, panels, and related components. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator electrical systems. Conduct testing and commissioning of generator sets. Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Respond to generator breakdowns and provide effective technical solutions. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records. Ensure all technical activities comply with HSE standards and company procedures. Provide on-site technical support to customers when required.

Trade Test, Technical Certificate, OND, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical/Electronic  Engineering or a related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with high-capacity/high-KVA generators. Strong knowledge of generator electrical systems, control panels, alternators, and protection systems. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Good communication and customer service skills. A valid driver's licence and ability to drive will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
