We are looking for a Credit Collection Officer to join our growing team in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos State.
Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments.
Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
RequirementsMinimum qualification: OND, NCE, HND & B.Sc. degree
Previous experience in loan recovery is an added advantage.
Must own an Android phone.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
SalaryN60,000 - N200,000 monthly.
