Key Responsibilities:

Lead investigations into internal fraud, theft, and organized crime.
Conduct staff interviews, surveillance reviews, and forensic analysis.
Produce detailed, actionable reports for internal use and legal compliance.
Collaborate with HR, legal, and internal security teams.
Recommend preventive controls and risk mitigation measures.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate or retail investigations.
Preferred: PCI® (Professional Certified Investigator) – ASIS International.
Background in law enforcement or intelligence is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Nigerian criminal law and investigative procedures.
High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
