Job Title: Warehouse Operations Administrator
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of telecommunications equipment.
Manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Prepare and verify goods receipt notes, dispatch documents, and delivery records.
Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.
Support regular stock counts and inventory reporting.
Ensure proper documentation, accountability, and efficient daily warehouse operations.
RequirementsRelevant experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
Experience handling telecommunications equipment is an advantage.
