Role Summary


Executes fundamental process and product control under supervision, confirming adherence to procedures and examining final products, in a secure and efficient manner as per applicable protocols, meeting defined quality benchmarks.


Key Duties


Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and report potential risk situations
Guarantee product quality by complying with established standards and reporting deviations
Execute tasks effectively, meeting productivity and efficiency benchmarks in line with minimal costs
Conduct activities according to relevant procedures
Maintain and update all applicable records, ensuring information accuracy
Ensure proper utilization of company assets, identifying and reporting malfunctions
Participate in and contribute to training activities to maintain and enhance company knowledge
Proactively suggest improvements and engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Keep the workplace clean and organized
Comply with Tenaris disciplinary norms
Perform activities with an understanding of their impact on the overall process.


Primary Tasks


Verify instruments are in proper condition by checking expiration dates and correct functioning
Conduct dimensional and visual inspection of in-process products
Perform dimensional and visual inspection of finished products
Confirm procedure compliance throughout the process
Generate quality reports for pipes, noting any defects discovered
Update information in tracking systems and document obtained results.
