Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing travel and tour company for a Ticketing / Tour Officer to manage flight bookings, ticketing, and tour packages for its clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess flight, hotel, and tour bookings for clients accurately and promptly
Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, and travel documentation
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to confirm bookings
Handle ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds
Prepare and package tour itineraries for individual and group travel
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communication
Stay current on airline fares, promotions, and travel advisories
RequirementsMinimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field
1 to 3 years experience in ticketing, tour operations, or a similar travel industry role
Working knowledge of a GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Warri, Delta State.
