Effectively manage stocktaking and inventory.
Interact politely with customers as necessary and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Adhere to the company's safety and hygiene requirements.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
Prepare customer orders accurately.
Demonstrate a customer service-oriented approach.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and management.
Supervise and lead the team effectively.
Ensure that staff follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
Monitor daily sales performance.
Assess product quality, portioning, and the consistency of products.
RequirementsMinimum qualifications: HND / BSc
1-2 years of experience as a team lead/supervisor, especially in a food retail company
Strong leadership skills
Good communication skills
Proficient in Excel
Organizational skill
High attention to details
SalaryN85,000 - N100,000 / month
