We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to maintain  cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine cleaning tasks and ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the construction site, including offices, staff areas, walkways, restrooms, storage areas, and other designated spaces. Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and clean floors, surfaces, windows, doors, fixtures, and common areas as required. Collect, sort, and dispose of general site waste and debris in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements. Keep restrooms, welfare facilities, and common areas clean, sanitary, and adequately supplied with essential items. Clean and maintain site offices, meeting areas, reception areas, and other completed or occupied sections of the construction site. Support the cleaning and preparation of areas before and after meetings, inspections, site visits, and other activities. Ensure construction debris, dirt, and other waste are cleared promptly from designated areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Report hazards, spills, damaged facilities, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions to the Site Supervisor immediately. Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment correctly and safely, following all applicable health and safety procedures. Maintain and properly store all cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies and report shortages or damaged items. Comply strictly with construction site safety rules, PPE requirements, and access-control procedures. Maintain a professional, responsible, and respectful attitude when interacting with contractors, workers, visitors, and management. Perform any other cleaning, housekeeping, or site-support duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Management

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as a janitor, cleaner on a construction site Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Honest, reliable, and punctual. Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
