 Job Title: Senior Manager, Operations – EPCIC 

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose

To provide overarching strategic and operational leadership, holding full accountability for project execution, resource allocation, and operational P&L.

Key Accountabilities

Oversee total project execution from mobilization through pre-commissioning, start-up, and client handover. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and heavy equipment while driving continuous operational improvement. Manage complex operational risks and establish impenetrable relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Performance Expectations:Delivery of EPCIA projects within budget/schedule, optimized resource utilization, and exceptional client satisfaction.
