Sales Representative / Storekeeper

Role Summary


A Sales Representative/Storekeeper in a company dealing with Mobile Devices, Accessories, Electrical Items, Electronics, and Solar Products is tasked with cultivating relationships, meeting sales objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service, while staying informed about products and market trends.


Key Duties


Establish robust connections with clients and customers, comprehending their requirements and preferences.
Recognize potential clients and devise strategies to reach and convert them.
Skillfully showcase and explain the features and advantages of mobile devices, accessories, electronics, and solar products to prospective buyers.
Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process and beyond.
Gather feedback from customers to enhance products, services, and sales tactics.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Mobile Devices, Accessories, Electronics, and Solar Products, as well as market awareness
Effectively demonstrate and elucidate the features and benefits of various products to customers.
Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
Generate regular sales reports and offer insights into sales performance.


Qualifications


OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in relevant fields
Experience in Mobile Devices, Accessories, Electronics, and Solar Sales
Proximity to Iwo Road, Ibadan is essential,
Experience in FMCG product sales is a plus
Must be prepared to commence work immediately.
