Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Undertake research to identify emerging markets and customer needs.
Schedule business meetings with current & potential clients.
Cultivate enduring relationships with new and existing customers.
Create new business opportunities and increase awareness of company products and services.
Sustain high-quality and productive relationships with clients and effectively address their needs.
Collaborate with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy.
Comply with all quality standards and processes for customer acquisition and opportunities.
Oversee accounts and meet or exceed targeted objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of Bsc/HND in Business/Marketing related courses
Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years' experience in HMO is essential.

Functional/ Technical:

Proficient administrative skills
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Tools
Strong negotiation abilities
Exceptional selling & relationship management capabilities
Outstanding presentation skills
Familiarity with the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)

Managerial:

Capacity to multitask
Problem-solving skills
Analytical expertise
Innovative capability
Discretion

Behavioral:

Advanced interpersonal skills
Excellent Communication abilities
Time management & Organizational proficiency
