We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Associate

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, including SMEs, online vendors, and individuals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & online) to promote TMI’s services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Develop partnerships with small businesses, vendors, and trade associations.
• Carry out field marketing: visit businesses, distribute flyers, and engage customers directly.
• Collect and report customer feedback to support service improvement.
• Track marketing activities and provide weekly reports on leads and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (logistics industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Lagos routes and business clusters is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive.
