 We are looking for a QA/QC Officer to support quality assurance and quality control activities across production, ensuring products meet regulatory, safety, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Support sampling, testing, and documentation in line with SOPs and quality standards. Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards on the production floor. Record and report quality deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Assist in calibration and proper use of QA/QC laboratory equipment. Support product traceability and shelf-life/stability monitoring. Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections (e.g., NAFDAC, SON) as required. Maintain accurate QA/QC records, logs, and reports. Support the QA/QC Officer/Manager with other quality-related tasks as assigned.

OND / HND /B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in a QA/QC role, preferably within the beverage/FMCG industry. Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food/beverage safety standards. Good attention to detail and observational skills. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required. Good documentation and communication skills.
