Job Title: Production Technician/Shift Head
Location: Anambra

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate shift operations across production lines to meet daily/weekly output targets.
Ensure machines (fillers, blowers, labellers, palletizers, etc.) are properly set up, operated, and maintained.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Troubleshoot machine faults and liaise with the maintenance team for prompt resolution of downtime issues.
Supervise, train, and manage shift production staff, including allocation of duties and performance monitoring.
Maintain accurate shift production, downtime, and wastage records/reports.
Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety procedures on the shop floor.
Coordinate changeovers, line clearance, and start-up/shutdown procedures.
Escalate critical production or quality issues to the Production Manager promptly.
RequirementsOND/HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in a beverage/FMCG production environment, with at least 2 years in a shift supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of bottling/production line machinery and processes.
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and factory safety standards.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
