Job DescriptionAs an Online French Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering structured, interactive, and high-quality lessons via virtual platforms.
You will work with students one-on-one or in small groups, ensuring they understand key concepts and achieve academic improvement.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and well-structured online lessons
Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum
Assess students’ performance and provide feedback
Use digital tools (slides, whiteboards, videos, etc.) effectively
Maintain a professional and distraction-free teaching environment
Ensure punctuality and consistency for scheduled classes
Upload lesson materials and reports as required
Communicate progress with parents/guardians when necessary.
RequirementsReliable laptop (mandatory)
Stable internet connection
Headset with clear audio
Quiet and professional teaching environment
Willingness to undergo training and class observation
Availability to commit to scheduled classes consistently
Education:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Education or relevant field preferred)
Teaching certifications are an added advantage
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching (online or offline)
Experience working with children or teenagers
Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., British, Canadian) is a plus
Skills:Strong communication and teaching skills
Good classroom management (even in virtual settings)
Proficiency in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Patience, creativity, and adaptability
Strong internet and basic tech troubleshooting skills.
